I need someone with their own floor sander to sand a small floor area in south beach asap, ideally today or tomorrow, any hour
Of day or night, it's a 10x10 ft max area
Base is mostly plaster and paint that needs to be removed.
Fee to be decided once we speak. A floor sander should do it in a few hours.
