new foster parents?

I know it can be a bit costly to become licensed and I have some stuff needed to be licensed foster parents.. like fire extinguisher, escape ladder for two story homes, and some nice clean kid stuff that I don't need any longer. Ideally I would like to find a family who is new to this and I can give them what I have because I know how overwhelming but exciting the beginning of the journey is. Just want to help out a little, it's good stuff. Please reach out of you or anyone you know is starting the process. Thanks
