Hello! I’m looking for an awesome roommate to share a place with. I’m a 30 yo female-identified queer artist who makes a living working for nonprofits. I have a young daughter who lives with me part-time and an amazing border collie named Summer who loves to be the official house greeter. I love houseplants, hiking, gardening, esoteric and spiritual everything, and animals as well as an occasional good Netflix binge. I’m an introvert and know how to respect personal space, and am also an experienced housemate in general - responsibly sharing common areas and keeping things clean and orderly are skills I bring to the table. No expectations for close friendship, just a hope that we can share a relaxed and enjoyable home! Looking to live anywhere between Everett and North Seattle to be reasonably close to where I work and my daughter goes to school. Budget of about 800/month for my half of rent.
