25$ an Hour Parkour Classes Saturday-Sunday From 3:15PM - 4:15PM (ANY SKILL LEVEL IS WELCOME) ~hosted by me Isaac, i have been actively training parkour for 5 years. and coaching for 2 years~ Meet ups are done outside. These classes will be based off your experience and are personalized. we will do some stretching, and some conditioning to get warmed up. Then we will go over some drills and work on anything you need or want to work on. Please call for any questions i will be happy to speak with you.
