Press release from the Amherst Town Library: October 29, 2020 On October 27, we were pleased to host Liz Barbour's "Sheet Pan Meals" presentation. All 80+ attendees had a great time. Although we couldn't smell or taste the food, it was fantastic to join Liz (virtually!) in her home kitchen. Liz made three dishes: Meatballs with Portobello Mushrooms, served with a side of baked polenta (who knew polenta could be SO easy?!) Sweet Potato Pudding with Roasted Plums Honey Mustard Chicken, Apples and Brussel Sprouts (The recipe calls for sausage, but Liz explained that you can easily switch out your proteins or vegetables.)
