About 5 pm 3.11 seen running to Smartstop storage, through apartments next to storage, across Northgate to Columbus, behind apartments bordering Garden Highway at Northgate. Staff say he saw yesterday as well. Can't catch. Extremely skittish and takes off. Very fast little dog, maybe 8 pounds.
