PITTSBURGH, PA — A city man has been arrested in connection with the Feb. 28 robbery at a Giant Eagle store in Squirrel Hill. Alan Todd Sloan, 55, has been charged with robbery, theft and prohibited acts. Witnesses told police the suspect walked into the store on Murray Avenue and demanded cash from the register several times, according to Pittsburgh public safety officials.
