Hello, I am seeking experienced Lead Abatement Supervisors. We are looking to rehab a series of homes throughout the Metro Detroit Area. We would need seasoned supervisors, preferably at least 5 years experience, go in and perform the abatement of homes that were deemed a risk and get them cleared of all lead based hazards, licensed workers will be supplied as needed Looking to Start ASAP. Requirements: - Strong knowledge of lead abatement rules and work practices. -Strong commitment to quality work and working in a team environment. - Up to date training and license. Current Supervisor license required. (candidates providing verifiable work experience and skill with expired training and/or license may be considered) - Driver’s license and insurance and dependable transportation. - The ability to relate with people of diverse backgrounds.
