AMHERST, NH — Amherst Fire Rescue responded 21 medical calls and the following accidents and reports from Oct. 30 to Nov. 5. On Oct. 30, at about 12:30 p.m., Amherst Fire Rescue responded to a fire alarm activation on Craftsman Lane. On Oct. 31, at about 10 p.m., Amherst Fire Rescue responded to a report of a tree on a wire on Davis Lane. On Nov. 1, at about 8 a.m., Amherst Fire Rescue responded to a report of a tree on a wire on Nichols Road. On Nov. 1, at about noon, Amherst Fire Rescue responded to a reported accident with injury on Route 101A. On Nov. 4, at about 11:30 a.m., Amherst Fire Rescue responded to a report of a chimney fire on Baboosic Lake Road. On Nov. 5, at about 4 p.m., Amherst Fire Rescue responded to a report of smoke in a building on Fox Run Road.
