If you have restaurant industry experience and a passion for food prep and strong customer service, please apply today.Cook responsibilitiesLead a team of Cooks to prepare meals during our dining hoursMaintain accurate food inventoriesEnsure food is stored at appropriate temperaturesMaintain staff that will Rotate and stock items as per established proceduresDelegate Restocking kitchen for subsequent shiftsEnsure that the food prep area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized at the end of the shift by the teamComply with all policies and procedures for the Food and Beverage departmentIdeal Candidates will:A minimum of one (2) year of experience as a Cook in the restaurant industryBe able to read and follow standardized recipesHave EXCELLENT KNIFE SKILLSHave a strong working knowledge of proper food handling proceduresBe able to work as part of a team in a busy kitchen atmosphereBe able to work a flexible schedule to include days, evenings, holidays and weekendsBe eligible to work in the United StatesBe willing to submit to a Drug Test and Background CheckHave reliable transportationBe at least 18 years of age to work for First Class Workforce SolutionsWe are looking for enthusiastic, efficient, self-motivated workers with effective communication skills that can work individually and as part of a team.
