Production Coordinator Initial Wage Range: $16.00 to $20.00 per hour Working Conditions: Seasonal employment from May 1st through October 7th, 2022. Five days a week including weekends with 1/2 hour lunch. 30 to 50 hours per week. Supervisor: Production Manager Organizational Unit: Management Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 80% – Production Organize, assign, and account for the order of the motor homes that are processed through the Production Line. Complete the daily line roll schedule and coordinate the assignment of the proper size motor homes to customer’s rental requests utilizing the Daily Dispatch Report and Production Line. Provide an accurate estimate of the Production Line completion times to the Reservations or Customer Service personnel at any time requested throughout the day. Maintain constant communication with the Production Manager to determine the priorities of service repairs in the shop. 15% – Dispatching Assign maintenance and service issues pertaining to rental fleet. This includes managing the physical repairs and the proper documentation to record the repair and maintenance actions. Assigning the Technician/Lube Tech to service, maintenance, and repair tasks that will be performed in the shop. This will typically include only the service and maintenance issues involving rental fleet. Maintain records of cost related to the Service Department personnel. This will include Daily Activity Reports that show the cost of the Production Line. 5% – Special Projects Complete other duties that may be assigned by the Production Manager. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Must be to work on time. Must be 18 years of age. Must have consistent and reliable attendance. Must have basic knowledge of RV repairs and be able to assign labor times accordingly using flat rate manuals. Must demonstrate a sense of urgency when necessary. Must be organized and have the ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time. Must project a professional image both in physical appearance and when communicating verbally. Strong writing skills in customer and employee correspondence. Familiarity with computers. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook preferred. Must posses a positive, optimistic, ‘can-do’ attitude at all times. Must be able to work until October 2nd, including weekends and holidays.
