Rocky is a rescue from neglected circumstances. He is great with kids and dogs. We need to rehome him because our landlord will only let us have 1 dog. Only asking $100 as a rehoming fee to ensure you can care for him. He is a playful puppy but he also like to cuddle. His hip is displaced from his previous neglect but doesn't seem to cause him pain.
