We are seeking an experienced Janitor to join our environmental services team. We offer competitive pay and benefits. We also offer a scholarship program and employee appreciation bonus funded by our residents! We offer a retention bonus of $500 ($250 paid at six months and $250 paid at one year of employment). One or more years of experience in hospitality, institutional or healthcare janitorial field preferred; ability to communicate at a basic level orally and in writing in English; excellent customer service skills; a passion for working with seniors and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. All Employees must be able to pass background checks (fitness for duty physical, fingerprinting, employment references) as required by a licensed residential care facility. Many roles in our community may required that we ask about your vaccination status.
