Position: Technician Start Date: Immediate! Hours: Flexible, you choose your hours and the assignments you are willing to fulfill Responsibilities -Interact with customers via call text, or in person. -Acquire, maintain, replace any tools/materials necessary for the assignment -Complete plumbing, HVAC, electrical, gas, or handyman related tasks under informal supervision of EarthCare staff -Document before start, all actions, issues, resolution and follow up plans as well as completed job. -Research, analyze and determine an appropriate course of action and then execute it. -Secure a reliable form of transportation -Must have reliable phone service Who we are We are a small business servicing the metro Atlanta area and we are looking for motivated individuals to join us. We are currently having too many calls that we are not able to fulfill at the moment. Our mission is to provide cost effective solutions to everyday problems with professionalism in mind. Qualification and Requirements -Displays patience, empathy, an ability to manage high stress/dynamic environment -The ability to work under pressure since you will be doing different tasks at each job site - Ability to follow verbal / written instructions -Understanding how to navigate diverse situations and efficiently use tools to finish the assignment. - Tools to complete the job and your own transportation (these will vary per job and you will have time to acquire them prior to assignment) - Cell Phone: to take photos, communicate with staff, and provide customer service -Valid Government Issue identification What we offer you - Flexible hours (you set your schedule and we send you work to accommodate it) - Free Training (pick up new skills along the way) - Competitive pay (Average pay of $100-$200 per assignment, roughly over $30 per hour) - Crews Welcome (Work with your friends or family to finish your work faster) - Support (Not sure how to complete the task? our 24/7 Support team will guide you step by step and there is no penalty) Pay Rate: Varies per job / Average $100-200 per assignment, average assignment takes 1-3 hrs to complete.
