About Us: We are a guitar player (26/M) and bassist (27/F) who have been playing together for the better part of a year and are looking for a drummer to add to the fold and possibly turn into a proper functioning band. Both of us are still learning so if you can play like Neil Peart (RIP), you might be better suited looking elsewhere. If, however, you have a sense of rhythm and the right attitude and ethics, we might be the people for you. We are looking for someone in their 20's who ideally has their own gear and is cool and nice and fun to play music with. Beginners are welcome. So far we've mainly played Jonathan Richman and Velvet Underground covers but are looking to expand our musical territory into playing original songs and maybe playing gigs depending on how things go. Things we like: The Velvet Underground, The Modern Lovers, Jesus and Mary Chain, Suicide, Syd Barrett, Spacemen 3, Television, Marc Bolan, Bright Eyes, The Pastels, The Byrds, post-punk, British Invasion, shoegazing, 80's indie, 60's girl groups, alternative country etc...
