Servers and Sous-Chefs for Private events

Hi my name is Chef Justin, and I am one of the premier private chefs in the area. I handle all of riverside county- Palm Desert, Palm Springs, Coachella, Joshua Tree etc.. I am in need of experienced servers that have bartending and drink experience. Preferably restaurant/and or hotel experience would work! This is an upscale position- is not fulltime position but could lead to a lot of work For the cook/sous chef I need someone who is presentable, hard working, and ready to learn. I consider myself pretty easy going but I have been trained michelin all over the world. So as far as learning tips and trick and techniques I will teach. Most of the events are at night. Again not full time but a decent amount of work You will be required to work as a team- which means bus plates, serve dishes, wash dishes, whatever is needed to ensure we deliver the best possible service. Also lifting 50 pounds at times but not usually is required Reliable transportation is a must, food handlers card is a must, clean appearance, and we have a zero tolerance for drug or alcohol use!
