The full time Houseman/ Laundry Attendant is responsible for the following duties: laundering all towels pertaining to the golf cart operation, locker rooms, shower rooms, restrooms, and pool side operations cleaning of all back of the house outdoor areas laundering and ironing table cloths and napkins for the dining room maintaining a clean laundry facility and keeping it supplied with the appropriate detergents and cleaning supplies maintaining cleanliness of the facilities restrooms assist with the training of new persons be safety conscious at all times in the use of machinery and chemicals assist with monthly linen inventory and a daily production report; and any other duties deemed necessary by management. Requirements The shift is 6:00a-2:30p, with Tuesdays and Wednesdays as days off. Full time/ 40 hours/week, making $16.00/hr The position comes with medical, dental, basic life insurance benefits effective first of month following 60 days of employment. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds, drive a golf cart, walk the property including inclines and stairs. May be required to work holidays and may come in contact with laundry cleaning chemicals and operating hot pressing irons.
