Qualifications:
Home addition, kitchen, bath and remodeling experience
2-5 years construction experience
Residential and light commercial experience
Proven customer service skills
Follow best construction building and safety practices on all jobsites.
Must have own tools and truck with capacity to carry materials and a ladder
Capable of moving and lifting equipment and materials
Key responsibilities:
Ability to work independently and without supervision
Strong time management skills
Knowledge of local codes
Blueprint reading
Finish carpentry
Light electric and plumbing
Painting, patching and staining
Flooring
Door and window installations
