Then HCA Real Estate Services is the place for you! *COMPENSATION $26.00 - $30.00 PER HOUR* Our company owns over 3000 units, and we are seeking candidates for a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to play a key role within our company. We hire for character and train for skill! Key Responsibilities: • Must have good working knowledge and the ability to perform professional level maintenance, such as plumbing, appliance repair, electrical work, turnover of units for prospective residents, etc. • Complete services and repairs requested by residents • Report any maintenance concerns within the community and/or common areas to supervisor • Exceptional safety skills • Provide professional customer service at all times *Multi-family community experience preferred* • Basic communication skills including email and text messaging Candidates must be team players with a positive attitude and eager to work efficiently in a professional environment.
