Help wanted with garden path in brick

Help wanted with laying brick in a few smaller garden paths / walk ways. Includes some light digging and prep of course to ensure the walkway is level. Looking for someone who pays attention to detail and pattern. What do you think is important to remember to get a pathway that isn't as wide as the attached photo but the pattern is similar? Do you have the tools you need to complete this job? or what tools will you need from me? If you have a photo of your work please let me know as well.
