We are a successful DJ agency that was founded in 2011. We produce over 200 corporate, non-profit, celebrity, social, and private events annually.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for detail-oriented and service driven candidates who would love to join an expanding DJ agency. We need a self-motivated, multi-tasking party animal who is punctual and has a fun-loving, upbeat attitude. A background in social media, audio/visual or weddings/events is a plus.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Provide tech support at live events. You will help set up all equipment as well as break it down. You will also be in charge of handling any issues that may arise during a live show. Meals and parking will be provided.
Assist the performing DJ with whatever needs they may have.
Take photos and videos for social media.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE YOU SHOULD POSSESS:
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environments with changing priorities
- Demonstrate high energy, strong work ethic, and a sense of urgency
- Proactive, self-starting, tenacious work habits and the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication, listening, and customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task, meet cascading deadlines, and be organized
- Photography, videography and social
media background a huge plus
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, carry up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to work weekends
- Must be willing to travel all over Southern California and sometimes nationwide
- Must be LGBTQ+ friendly (we do a lot of events for the LGBTQ+ community)
- Must be legally eligible to work
- Training will be provided upon hire
