Responsibilities • General support to the whole battery assembly line • Inspecting machinery, and reporting any faults to management and workers • Ensuring the required materials and consumables are available for production, and that the factory is safe for all workers • Implementing preventative maintenance methods • Staying up-to-date with efficient methods of production and equipment maintenance procedures • Supporting inventory control when necessary • Supporting battery engineering testing when necessary Requirements • Experience working with basic hand tools and power tools is a must • A positive attitude and willingness to work overtime when required • Knowledge of production preferred • Mechanically inclined • Experience in manufacturing and/or electrical systems is preferred • Strong problem solving and observational skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to provide and receive training. • Must have reliable transportation Eastridge Workforce Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
