ABM a leading provider of facility solutions is looking for a Night Lead Trainee School Custodian in Vancouver, WA. In this position you will need excellent customer service, proven ability to lead others as well as the ability to perform all job duties that you are training others to perform. Proven experience in a leadership role is a must have - in addition experience performing custodial duties is essential! Job Requirements: • At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role • Proven customer service and problem-solving skills • Ability to stand, bend and lift on an 8-hour shift • Ability to work at different schools in the Vancouver area as needed • Perform daily quality checks - providing feedback as necessary • Be able to follow and train all policy and safety standards of ABM and School District You will need to have the ability to perform all of the custodian duties – including: sweeping, mopping, dusting, setting up and taking down tables, emptying trash and other cleaning duties – which include: standing, bending and lifting 25 pounds. In Addition – you will receive: A $500 Hiring Bonus after 60 Days of Full Time Work (320 hours worked) and another $500 after 90 days of full time employment (480 total hours worked) and the last $500 will be paid 180 days of employment or (960 hours worked) - Must be Hired BY February 28th!
