Everyday Will Be Different but Your Primary Duties Include: Assists and follows directions from Multi-family Maintenance Supervisor. Learn to perform maintenance checks of apartment units and identify problem areas. Learn to check and repair or replace plumbing connections for safety & functionality. Learn to check all appliances and applicable connections for safety & functionality. Learn to perform preventative maintenance such as caulking around tub & water closet areas, attaching shower guards, removing covers from wall heaters & cleaning. Learn to prepare unit turnovers. Learns to perform preventative property maintenance such as: various exterior maintenance, gutter repair or replacement, siding replacement, paint touch up, patch pavement. Picks up trash and keeps common areas clean and free of debris. What’s In It For You?
