looking for a boatyard Helper. Must be willing to help out wherever needed, comfortable working outside in marine weather conditions and committed to delivering the highest level of customer service. Essential Functions: • Responsible for maintaining general cleanliness of the boatyard and shop. • Power wash and clean boats. • General boat maintenance, sanding, bottom painting, compound wax, and shrink-wrap, winterizing • Working with boat handling, launching and hauling • When needed, assist with unskilled maintenance and Be willing to learn. • Must be honest, dependable, and timely with the ability to confidently work without direct supervision.
