We are looking for skilled and entry level laborers that are responsible, hardworking, self-motivated and detail orientated to provide commercial and residential mowing & trimming, as well as occasional pruning/hedging, flower/rock bed maintenance and spring/fall cleanup. Position will transition into snow removal. Skilled laborer must have related experience references, experience using a wide variety of lawn care equipment/tools and pulling a trailer and will be expected to help manage/oversee a small crew. All applicants must provide a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation to and from work. Skilled/experienced laborer $25-30 per hour, depending on amount of experience and references. Entry level laborer $20 per hour. Possible room for advancement and wage increase depending on work ethic, dependability, attitude and longevity. $1000 bonus after 6 months of employment and an additional $1000 after 6 months of employment through snow season.
