ISO a private experienced caregiver specifically for overnight awake/mostly awake services. Needs to be comfortable/knowledgeable with oxygen concentrator/tank needs as well as how to monitor safe oxygen levels and when emergency care might need to be called. Needs to be willing to assist to commode and/or bathroom. Needs to be willing to assist with bathing, grooming, personal hygiene needs. Needs to be able to provide light meal prep needs if the desire for an evening snack arises and will need to provide light breakfast in the morning. Light housekeeping duties that entail: Bed care (making and or changing sheets) Light vacuuming Cleaning up kitchen food prep area Possible occasional laundry Need to be able to either be awake in the event of a toilet need or any other need that patient should have in the middle of the night. Basically, need to be a light sleeper who can be up and lucid at the drop of a hat. Non-Smoker Non-Drinker Non-Drug User Fully 100% Clear English Speaker with no more than a light accent Must be able to speak LOUDLY and CLEARLY for the hearing impaired Must be willing to work WITHOUT a mask Must be willing to work in a mixed vaccination status household MUST BE KIND, PATIENT, CARING, UNDERSTANDING, COMPASSIONATE to the needs of a hospice patient dealing with SEVERE lung disease and inability to ambulate for more than a minute or two. MUST BE WILLING TO REPORT TO MULTIPLE OFFSPRING AND ONE PARTICULARLY CONTROLLING DAUGHTER (ME) MUST BE WILLING TO PROVIDE MULTIPLE REFERENCES AND PROVIDE INFORMATION FOR A BACKGROUND CHECK MUST BE WILLING TO BE INTERVIEWED & MEET THE PATIENT & PASS A TRIAL RUN MUST BE A SELF STARTER-IF YOU SEE SOMETHING THAT NEEDS TO BE DONE IT SHOULD BE DONE If any of this sounds like you, then we want to hear from you.
