Hi, are you a restaurant owner with a available small space for dry storage? My name is Alicia, I am the owner of a small snow cone business I would love to rent that small dry storage area for a monthly rent we can discuss. My business is not large enough to afford the cost of a commissary, ghost kitchen or commercial kitchen rental. The health department requires such type of kitchen to operate successfully, church kitchen, schools and restaurants are acceptable. I’ve been in business for 4 years operating in Santa Clara county without any health violations. The restaurant I’ve been using as my commissary is closing down.
