Description
Estate Manager
Our client is a single female looking for an experienced and available Estate Manager/Personal Assistant to help in the home. The position is full-time and comes with a full benefits package. There are grandchildren that come to visit and while experience being around children is needed, this position is not for a nanny and the duties do not include supervision of children.
Duties
• House management/oversight
• Light housekeeping and organization of the home
• Shopping/Errands
• Food Preparation (health-conscious meals)
• ***Preparations for, and assistance with, in home entertaining
• Dog walk/care (poodle)
• Laundry
• Assistance with Grandchildren (not a nanny, just purchasing and setting up games, meals, etc. for their occasional visits)
• Scheduling and oversight of work by vendors for the home
Requirements
The candidate should have a minimum 3 years of relevant experience working in a home environment.
Scheduling
The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, daytime 9a-5p. In addition, the candidate should be available for evening/weekend in-home entertaining, with provided notice ahead of time by the client to prepare for work outside of the typical weekday hours.
Compensation
$80,000 paid as salary

**Relocation package is available if moving from out of state
