JT Services Lawn Care, LLC is hiring good people to join our mowing and landscape teams! Higher starting wages for experienced applicants, but we will train the right folks with no experience. Job Requirements: * Insurable Ohio Drivers License a plus * Reliable transportation to and from work * Dependable (attendance, on-time) * Good attitude * Have an eye for detail * 18 years old or older * Ability to lift 50#'s * Attention to safety * Willingness to learn * Hardworking Benefits: * HIGHER WAGES depending on the diversity of your experience * 4/10 hour workdays, Monday-Thursday, Friday makeup for rain and OT * Over Time Opportunities * No holiday or weekend work * Paid drive time between jobs * Paid direct deposit to a card or bank account Landscape Crew Leader: $20-$25/hr w/DL * 2 years experience doing clean-ups, bed edging, trimming shrubs, mulch installation, planting trees and plants weeding, pruning trees and shrubs * Valid, insurable Ohio driver's license * General equipment maintenance knowledge * Dependable * Assisting the Foreman with all aspects of the job * Attention to detail * Maintain safety in the workplace at all times Landscape Maintenance Technician: $16 per hour (no experience) $18+ for valid, insurable OH driver's license and experience * Bed edging * Mulching beds (we use a Mulch Mule) * Pruning trees and shrubs * Spring clean up of leaves and debris * Weeding beds * Installation of trees, plants and flowers * Maintain vehicles and equipment * Maintain safety in the workplace at all times Mowing Crew Leader: $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience * Ability to manage a crew of 1-3 * Insurable Ohio Driver's license * Attention to detail * Minimum 1 year experience mowing on commercial equipment * General knowledge of equipment maintenance * Willing to do spring clean ups, bed edging, trimming shrubs and mulch installation in the early spring * Maintain vehicles and equipment * Maintain safety in the workplace at all times Our shop is centrally located near the airport.
