Scammed in Mt. Olive nc

I bought this puppy from a breeder on West brook rd Mt. Olive nc and he had parvo. I got the puppy home n he just seemed to sleep alot. The next day got sick threw up twice still lethargic didn't think much ate some if hand fed. The next night started throwing up a few times. The next day took him to vet had parvo. Dog never went outside or touched grass n was supposed to be vaccinated. Was told after the fact just for distemper. I had to surrender my puppy to the vet cause I couldn't afford in hospital care.
