two ducklings - one with special needs

Hatched two ducklings two days ago, but one has wry neck and although I know how to treat it I just do not have the time. Looking for someone with experience in treating/curing wry neck to adopt these two cuties. No rehoming fee, pickup only in Providence, RI. Not sure of the breed - each are black with yellow chests.
