The Academy is a retirement community with 54 residences in the beautiful Chautauqua neighborhood. We are looking to add a Lead Housekeeper to our team at 30-32 hours per week. As the Lead Housekeeper you will be responsible for managing the housekeeping staff and schedules, managing inventory of housekeeping products and supplies, and cleaning apartments and common areas. We are looking for someone who is willing to work as a team member, can follow written and verbal instructions, and is able to communicate clearly and effectively. Candidate must be self motivated and able to function independently. Works well and patiently with older adults, respecting their needs, deficits, and dignity.
