Lawn technicians are responsible for servicing and administering of lawn care products to residential customers. Technicians are responsible for the management and service to assigned customers.
Required Skills:
- Ability to apply fertilizers and pesticides to lawns according to schedule.
- MN pesticide license or ability to pass mandatory state exam. (Study material provided)
- Valid MN drivers license and clean driving record.
- Drive company van to customer locations. (GPS knowledge a plus)
- Ability to maintain company vehicle inside and out.
- Maintain a professional appearance.
- Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs. (8-10 hours per day)
- Positive attitude.
Preferred Skills:
- Route work background a plus.
- Agriculture, horticulture or general lawn work background.
- Self starter.
- Knowledge of the Twin Cities area.
- Goal oriented.
- Good customer service skills.
