Troubled female pitbull mix needs a caring home

We got her from an elderly person who neglected her and have been working with her for the past 2 years but have to move to a different state and can't take her with us. She is about 5 years old and CRAVES attention from people. But she DOES NOT do good with any other animals including other dogs. Well behaved except for being hyper at times, rarely barks (she'll walk back and forth between you and the door when she wants to go out), loves chewing on bones (but some processed bones from pet shops may give her stomach issues), and is absolutely terrified of popping sounds like fireworks, bubble gum, and even bubble wrap. She is spayed and up to date on her rabies shots and is looking for a home where she can be the only animal and get a lot of attention from her care givers. We don't want to have to take her to a shelter, we've already explored that option and have been told she would be put down.
