We are a collision repair group, new to the Las Vegas area. We have 2 shops currently in the Henderson area, but will very soon have several more in the Vegas metroplex. We bring plenty of opportunity for a wide variety of skill sets, yet will only consider and retain the best producers and attitudes in the area. If you think that is you, give us a call for an interview. Experience is preferred for every position, but few entry level positions will be granted for the right candidates. The positions we currently have or will have available in the near future are: Bodyman, Body Tech (pay depends on attitude, experience, volume/speed. the more, the better). We use more OEM parts than any competitor in the area, rarely wait for insurance approval, and provide fluid shop processes that ensure the efficiency of running more hours than your current shop provides. Bodyman’s helper/Body Tech helper (% split if experienced, weekly salary to learn) we certainly prefer experienced, but if you are good with maintenance/assembly of any sort, we will consider a tryout. Typical pay is $600-$1500/week depending on performance Painter. We have excellent ones already, but if you think you can compete in speed, quality, or possibly make the cut for our next location, give us a call. Maybe a paid weekend working interview. Paint Helper/Paint Prepper. Same as body helper, experience is preferred, but not vital if looking for an entry level opportunity or pay. Work ethic, attitude, and ability to learn the skill and grow professionally is a must regardless. Typical pay at this level is $600-$1500/week depending on performance Parts manager (pay $13-17/hr. Depending on experience, work ethic and attitude. 5-10 scheduled hours of overtime weekly). Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English. Must be professional, personable, and polite with all sorts of people on a daily basis, including techs, estimators, parts salesman, and delivery drivers. Must be good with computers. Organization and memory recall is a must. Parts experience is good, but the above description is just as good, if all is true. CSR/Office manager (pay $13-17/hr. Depending on experience, work ethic, attitude, customer service, etc. 5-10 scheduled hours of overtime weekly) No experience in our industry necessary. May help, but if you have experience in any customer service industry and enjoy and excel at making customers smile, please apply. We would like to train this position from scratch, train from within, and grow to office manager and higher positions in the company eventually. Estimator-We typically train our estimators from the bottom up through a variety of entry level positions. However, if you are an experienced estimator and open minded to learn new processes and a way of operating that makes shops run seamlessly, and therefore provides everyone in the shop with the ability of making more than they are used to, we are open to inquiries. Give us a call to see if our ideas fit with yours. Porter/detailer- (pay $11-$14/hr depending on experience and shown work ethic. 5-10 hours overtime is typical) Some English required. Enough to communicate tasks. Excellent work ethic is a must. 7:30-5:30 is a must. Shop cleaning, lot organization, and car detailing are the main responsibilities. Valid drivers license is certainly preferred and will influence pay, but is not a must. If so, pay will reflect an increase and driving for parts or transporting customers is an option. Even as a new company to the area, we are as competitive with benefits as anyone else.
