*WE’RE HIRING- YARD COORDINATOR/FORKLIFT OPERATOR* We are seeking to add someone to our team to help with yard management. We are one of New England’s fastest growing Tractor & Trailer dealers and need to find the right person to help with incoming and outgoing equipment and trailers. We are a family owned and operated business and have been in business since 1987. We sell hundreds of different products lines which include but are not limited to: Cam Superline trailers, PJ Trailers, Sure Trac Trailers, Econoline Trailers, Kioti Tractors & Mahindra Tractors, Woods Equipment, and much more. Job Description – Yard Coordinator/Forklift Operator This person will be in charge of prepping sold trailers, unloading new inventory shipments daily while checking serial numbers and packing slips, keeping the yard clean and organized, ballasting tractor tires, getting sold equipment out and ready to go in the shop for prep, and occasional equipment assembly. Skills used on daily basis: The ability to work in an extremely fast paced work environment The ability to learn quickly The ability to work as a team Driving tractors & other equipment Operating & Maintaining forklifts Inventory management Manual labor Job Requirements/Advantages: Forklift operator’s license Driver’s License General knowledge of Trailers & Tractors & Farm Equipment Knowledge of tools Physical Ability to work outside most of the day in all weather conditions Prior equipment dealership experience Starting pay ranges from: $18-$24 an hour depending on experience and skill level. Please note than this is not a cap on wage for this position, there is endless opportunities for this position, the Yard Coordinator/Forklift Operator is a valuable asset to running our business and employee will be compensated for their hard work.
