Description
Bernard Welch Realty is a mid-sized real estate firm which owns 32 apartment properties (100 units) located in Springfield, MA. We are looking for a person to manage and conduct all maintenance requirements. Must be able to work independently and manage your own schedule. Must be able to work with tenants, service providers, and housing inspectors. Computer skills are a must. Must be willing to handle after hours, emergency maintenance calls. Spanish speaking is a plus, but not necessary. Starting wage is $25/hr. Paid holidays and vacation time. Up to 10 hours overtime at $37.50 (time and a half) per week, if desired. When not doing maintenance work, will work with renovation crew renovating small apartment properties.
