Auto Mechanic Advice Needed

I am in need of used affordable tires for a Subaru Forester 2009 X-tire size 215 I have one flat tire, I was originally going to have just the flat replaced, but I have been told it is better to have all 4 tires replaced due to the Subaru computer system. I am looking for recomendations for the most affordable location for used tires. Also looking for affordable towing or for someone that can bring the tires to me and replace them without having the car towed. There is also the possibility that the tire can be repaired if anyone can come look at it. I would rather have it repaired instead of buying new tires. I am on 5th Street. Email preferred. Thank you.
