Janitorial – PART TIME Small "extra income - cleaning job" We are a cleaning company that has multiple bank locations that need nightly cleaning in the Bear, Delaware - New Castle, Delaware - Newark, Delaware market & surrounding area. Each location will take approximately 45 minutes, (+/-) each night (Monday-Friday) Area Locations: Suburban Plaza, DE (Newark, DE) Brookside Plaza, DE (Newark, DE) Bear, DE New Castle, DE NOTE: When You Apply Please Specify Which Location(s) You Are Interested In Working THIS POSITION REQUIRES THE CLEANING TO BE DONE EVERY NIGHT, (Monday - Friday), WITH THE ONLY EXCEPTION WHEN THE BANKS ARE CLOSED FOR HOLIDAYS. $20 Per Location - Per Night Duties Include: Sweeping Mopping Dusting as needed Wiping down surfaces Clean employee restroom and breakroom Vacuum as needed Take out trash nightly Paid training first night. Start ASAP. Hours of Service are any time between 6pm & 12midnight. *PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must Be Able To Lift 20+ pounds Regularly Every Day, Bend, Stretch, Stand For Extended Periods Of Time, Climb Stairs, Climb A Ladder, Reach, Twist, Sit, Walk, and/or Run. Must Be Comfortable Working On Feet For Entire Shift. Qualifications: MUST have a reliable car to drive from one location to the next. MUST be Vaccinated. Must Provide Proof Of Vaccination Background check with fingerprints, per the bank. (no thefts or any felonies) Previous cleaning experience a PLUS. NOTE: This is NOT A CASH UNDER THE TABLE Job. Must Be Legal To Work.
