Practice room share available in Ballard

Hola! Our band shares a practice room in Ballard, next to the Substation, and we're looking for a band (or maybe a couple individuals) to share with us. Currently, there is time available on Monday evenings, a few late nights and on weekends. Good information to know: The building is accessible 24 hours a day. Load in/out is easy. Roommates are calm, kind and respectful. We have a room drum kit, bass cab and PA ready to use. There's a bit of space to store some gear, but it's not enough for big stacks, fridges or other drum sets though. Sorry! If all this sounds good, please get in touch.
