Looking for great addition to growing dryland farm operation. In this position you will assist in operation of large field equipment included tractors, self propelled sprayer, swather, combines and semi-trucks. Our machinery is well mandated and modern. This position would be involved in all aspects of the farm including harvest operations, winter overhauls of all farm equipment, and/or job that is necessary within the operation. We work long hours in the busy season it is an hourly position with overtime at 55 hours. Full health benefits and 401k match. • Experience with operating a Large ag equipment or similar equipment • Perform field level activities such as seeding, harvesting, spraying, haying and more • Keep abreast of the dangers and hazards of products and take proper precautions • Complete application records as required by the Company and government regulations. • Maintain the facility and repair equipment in a safe and dependable operating condition, which enhances operation efficiency and product quality. We are looking to fill this position ASAP as field work will be underway soon.
