Water Recovery Services is a water well pump & rehabilitation company based out of Spokane, WA. We specialize in water well rehabilitation and pump installation services. We are seeking a reliable individual to join our team. Most of our work is in the Spokane / CDA area, but some travel may be required. We are looking for a long term employee who is interested in learning the industry and growing with our company. The ideal candidate would start out as a helper, but would be interested in obtaining their own pump installers license and eventually running their own rig/crew. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and has a good attitude. A CDL is not required, but would be helpful. Experience in oil/water well drilling, or pump/irrigation systems is preferred but not required. We typically work 4 – 5 days a week with some overtime common. Pay is DOE. Hourly or salary, and benefits all depends on experience and licenses held. Responsibilities: - Operate or assist in operation of pump truck - Using hand tools to assemble pump/ tooling - Load and unload materials - Operate welder/ grinder - Follow instructions from licensed pump installer - Ready to learn and study for license Required: - Valid driver’s License - Ability to do physical work and lift up to 50 lbs - Be reliable and on-time - Willing to travel - Ability to work in all weather conditions - Integrity and good attitude
