Look at customer requirements for a project, work with the sales & estimating team to prepare proposals, analyze labor, material, time requirements & value engineering, estimate costs by looking at the entire project, Precon activities, Coordination of subcontractor bids, Change orders, RFIs, and submittals, Maintenance of project management database, Lead your teams to Completion with Client Satisfaction, Monitor the progress and set deadlines for the projects, Solve issues that arise, Project close out procedures, Ensure 100% customer satisfaction, Present cost estimates to upper management, Prepare reports detailing all of the costs going into a project, Input cost data into company database, Notice differences between the estimated cost and the actual cost KEY WORDS: Accountability, Adaptability, Budget Management, Clear Communication, Creativity, Decisiveness, Delegation, Forecasting, Leadership, Management, Organization, Problem Solving, Strategic Thinking, Stress Management, Communicator both in writing and verbally.
