Delivery Driver / General Labor - Greenhouse We are an indoor vertical hydroponic farm growing lettuce and microgreens and we are looking for an efficient, safety-minded person for our team. The primary position would be part time as a local produce delivery driver making deliveries in our Company Sprinter van, but can also be full time with additional duties in our Greenhouse, such as greenhouse production, seeding and harvesting crops and facility/equipment cleaning. We have long-term work available for the right candidate. This is a Monday through Friday position. Deliveries are primarily in the morning hours. Valid Driver’s license and good driving record are mandatory. We offer a consistent work schedule, with occasional opportunity for additional work hours. The ideal candidates will be capable of working with minimal oversight but willing to follow directions closely. This is an entry level position, no prior experience is required, and on the job training is provided. Growth potential within company is high, depending on performance and interest. This is a year-round position, not seasonal. While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to perform physical labor, perform repetitive motions while performing their tasks. The employee may, on a frequent basis, be required to lift objects of less than 50 lbs, and stand in place at workstation for extended periods of time.
