Cedar Sinai Park is looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician II! This is a full-time, benefited position with a Tuesday-Saturday shift from 12:00PM-9:00PM. Our beautiful campus is located at 6140 SW Boundary St. in the Raleigh Hills area of southwest Portland. We are accessible by bus lines 54 and 56 from Portland to Beaverton. The primary purpose of this position is maintaining and improving the physical plant of Rose Schnitzer Manor and associated equipment and machinery. Responsibilities include: • Carpentry, cabinetry, sheet rocking, wall repair, maintenance and repair of refrigeration, air condition, heat pump units, commercial kitchen equipment, plumbing, commercial blowers, exhaust fans, circulating pumps, air compressors and auxiliary electric generators, and welding. Safe use of shop tools and equipment. • Sets up, takes down, moves and arranges furniture for special activities. Assists in moving resident furniture and personal belongings as needed. • Maintains preventative maintenance schedule and record keeping.
