Queen Street Martinsburg, WV 25401 **** CALLING ALL CRAFTERS, DIRECT SELLERS, OTHER COMMERCIAL, RETAIL AND/OR SMALL BUSINESSES, TAILORED TO WOMEN **** VENDOR FEES Booth & Lunch --> $85 Booth & Rental Equipment (table, linen, runner, and 2 chairs + lunch) --> $125 Vendor Space: 10’ foot by 8’ foot RENTAL EQUIPMENT AVAILABLE {FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE}: {While Supplies Last} • 60” Round Tables • Rectangle Tables • Chairs • Table Linens • Table Runner • Electricity reduced fee or • Vendors may bring his or her own tables and chairs. VENDORS MUST HAVE FLOOR LENGTH TABLE COVERS. Vendors may choose to RENT a black floor length table cover from TriState Events. >>> We will be collecting new and gently pre-owned family clothing including business formal and casual. In addition, we are collecting nonperishable foods and new hygiene products. All collections will be donated to Eastern Panhandle Empowerment Center of Berkeley County. <<< The following items are most commonly needed: new pillows, toilet paper, paper towels, full size shampoo and conditioner, body wash, razors, shaving cream, and new flip flops (all sizes). *** Vendors participating are asked to donate an item valued $15 or more to be used towards raffle baskets/prizes. All monies raised will be donated to Eastern Panhandle Empowerment Center. *** ADDITIONAL EVENT DETAILS: Both VIP & Regular Admission Ticket Holders will receive a Rose Gold Gift Bag upon arrival to the registration table. Rose Gold Gift Bags contain coupons, samples, etc. VIP Admission Tickets Holders will receive a seven (7) raffle tickets while the Regular Admission Ticket Holders will receive a three (3) raffle tickets towards a chance at winning some of the FABULOUS door/raffle prize giveaways!! Additional tickets will be on sale as we strive to raise funds for the Eastern Panhandle Empowerment Center. The Rose Gold Gift Bag contents valued greater than >$40. The VIP Admission Ticket Holders have an opportunity of winning (1) of four (4) PRIZES. Within the Rose Gold Gift Bags will be four (4) PINK PRIZE ENVELOPES. The four (4) WINNING PRIZE ENVELOPE PRIZES are listed below. Of course, there exists additional chances of winning other AWESOME PRIZES from the raffle prizes and basket GIVEAWAYS.
