Position Summary: You will be responsible for building your business from start to finish from your customer's first initial contact via door-to-door efforts, social media, and customer referrals. To account management while the project is with our in-house operations department, no need to chase down sub-contracts for status on your projects; stop by the office to get status updates. Our in-house install teams will ensure customer satisfaction of every project to completion. We are looking for coachable reps, who we can train and develop into our future managers. We are looking for reps with good personality, hard work and the ability to take a no. We are willing to train people on solar and how to sell solar, but soft skills like communication are accentual in this role. Qualifications: Coachable, we are willing to train! Positive attitude Attend weekly sales meetings, Dependable Entrepreneurial personality, we are looking for independent sales reps. Valid Driver's License Competitive drive Continue education on solar energy products, technology, and financing options. Availability Tuesday-Saturday 12:00pm-8:00pm How you are compensated: Commission Quarterly bonuses of up to $15,000 Large advances upfront paid on each sale, and remaining commission paid upon install Bi-weekly payroll schedule W-2 position with medical, dental, vision, and supplemental Aflac after 60-days, Circle L Solar contributes a % to your monthly medical premium for you.
