Job Summary: All aspects of warehousing from incoming ingredients and supplies to shipping out and loading trailers. Solely responsible for freezer organization, freezer cleanliness and the maintaining of accurate and timely freezer inventory.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Perform receiving duties for inbound trailers including trailer inspections, completing documentation, monitoring trailer temperatures and unloading trailers
2. Perform shipping duties for outbound trailers including trailer inspections, completing documentation, monitoring trailer temperatures and loading trailers
3. Record lot #’s for inbound and outbound product
4. Check and receive Flour Deliveries
5. Place incoming ingredients or supplies on pallet shelving
6. Adhere to Shipping and Receiving Programs
7. Ensure absolute freezer organization and cleanliness
8. Maintain accurate, timely, legible and complete records of freezer inventory and activities
9. Provide effective and efficient communication of freezer conditions and inventory to co-workers and management when asked.
10. Maintain proper FIFO (First-in/ First-out) inventory procedures.
11. Actively engage in the continuous improvement of freezer inventory and freezer action activities.
