Construction Laborers Badger State Staffing is currently seeking to hire individuals to fill full-time positions with a local Marshfield company. Positions are temp to hire. The person should be willing to learn processes, help other teammates and be motivated. 1st shift hours available 5:30am-4pm $16 per hour to start Full-Time hours- Monday-Friday (willing to work overtime as needed) Weekly Pay Benefits offered after 90-day probationary period On the Job Training! Responsibilities •Reading and understanding prints/blueprints (willing to learn) •Doing some basic carpentry work, such as measuring, cutting/sawing wood, gluing wood, and screwing wood pieces together. •Trimming and/or surfacing and finishing various products. •Must keep workspace, tools, etc. neat and clean. Qualifications •Must be reliable, on-time, and ready to work each day in a steady-paced environment. •Should have good attention to detail, good problem-solving skills, enjoy learning new things, be creative, and possess the ability to think “outside of the box.” •Person must be able to multi-task. •Ability to read a tape measure •Stand for 8-10 hours a day Apply today! or
